Student Membership Application

Membership in the Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association is open to undergraduate or graduate full-time students (12 units or more) who are in a Human Resources or Industrial Relations Program, or related field, at an accredited college or university and are not currently working full-time in the Labor/Employee Relations field. Student members do not have voting privileges. Student Membership will be on an annual rolling calendar year basis. The current rate and qualification is required on or before the date of membership / renewal.

Please note that student membership in IPELRA does not include membership in National PELRA.
